Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using trojandigitalmarketing.com or any of our tools. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of trojandigitalmarketing.com, including users of the Invoice Generator, Estimate Generator, Image Converter, PDF Tools, PDF Sign, Free Marketing Course, Job Profit Calculator, Lead Cost Calculator, Campaign URL Builder, Free Website Audit, and the Jev Website Scanner.
Use of the Website
You may use our website and free tools for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that:
Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. Transmits any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems. Interferes with the proper operation of the site or its underlying infrastructure. Uses automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the site without our written permission.
Free Tools
Our public free tools are provided at no cost without an obligation to register or subscribe. The owner editor has a separate sign in requirement. The Privacy Policy explains which features process files locally and which send information to an online service.
These tools are provided as is for general informational and business purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying that any output generated by these tools, including invoices, estimates, tax calculations, audit reports, and Jev Website Scanner reports, is accurate, complete, and appropriate for your specific situation before using it in any real world transaction or business context.
We make no guarantee that the output of any tool is legally compliant in your jurisdiction, accepted by your clients, or accurate for your specific circumstances. See the Disclaimer section and our Disclaimer page for more detail.
Jev Website Scanner
The Jev Website Scanner is built and run by Trojan Digital Marketing. It uses Jev, an AI model from TypeSafe, and it isn't affiliated with or endorsed by TypeSafe. The first scan of each domain is free and reads up to 100 pages, starting with the pages that sell. You enter an email so we can send you the report link. Scanning that domain again is the $99 audit, and the Paid Tools terms below cover the audit and rescans. Daily limits apply per connection and per email address, and a quick bot check may run before a scan. For payment questions, email support@trojandigitalmarketing.com with the site you scanned.
A scan starts only after you tick the box that says you own or manage the site, or have permission to review it, so tick it only when that's true. Don't use the scanner to overload a website, get around its robots.txt rules or access controls, or build data sets about other businesses. The scanner follows robots.txt on every site it reads, competitors included, and it stops at a bot check instead of getting around it. Only type business details you're comfortable sending to TypeSafe, as our Privacy Policy explains.
Reports are automated. Technical facts are counted by code, and the rest of the findings come from Jev's answers to set questions. Your report lives at its own link, which works as long as we keep the scan: 12 months from the day it was made. Anyone with the link can open the report and use an unused included rescan. A report isn't Trojan Digital Marketing's review, rating or endorsement of any business, and you shouldn't present it as one. We may change, limit or pause the Jev Website Scanner at any time.
Paid Tools
The Jev Website Scanner's audit and rescans are paid tools. Each is a one-time payment through Stripe Checkout, with no subscription. After you pay, the scan reads pages while its page is open in your browser, and we email you the report link so you can come back to it.
$99 audit. The audit reads up to 3,000 pages of your site and scores up to 3 competitors you name, 25 of their pages each. It includes one before and after rewrite of the opening of your weakest page, one mobile speed test of your home page and one key page with Google PageSpeed Insights, and one rescan that you can use while we keep the audit.
$19 rescan. Each rescan after the included one scans the same domain as an earlier audit again.
Refunds. You get a full refund when the audit can't finish or we can't read most of your site. Otherwise the sale is final once the report is delivered, and that includes an unused rescan. Email refund requests to support@trojandigitalmarketing.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Results. Results come from AI answers and code checks. They can be wrong, and they don't guarantee rankings, traffic or leads.
Sites you enter. Enter only sites you own or manage, or have permission to review, plus competitor sites you name for comparison. The scanner reads public pages only.
Limits. Daily limits apply. We may offer, refuse or end promotion codes at our discretion. Our total liability for a paid tool is capped at the amount you paid for it.
Intellectual Property
Trojan Digital Marketing owns or licenses its website content and design. Third party libraries, fonts, logos, client materials, and other third party content retain their respective ownership and applicable license terms. Nothing in these terms transfers those third party rights to Trojan Digital Marketing.
You may use our free tools and access our content for your own personal and business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
Agency Services
Our digital marketing services, including SEO, AEO, GEO, web design, paid advertising, social media management, video editing, and AI automation, are provided under separate service agreements between Trojan Digital Marketing and individual clients. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service agreement or guarantee of results.
Marketing results vary by industry, market, competition, budget, and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, revenue outcomes, or AI citation rates.
Internal SMS Alert Terms
Trojan Digital Marketing LLC's internal SMS program provides its existing account owner with recurring automated inquiry and business call notifications when enabled, including AI-reported qualified callers. To request enrollment, the owner reads the disclosures at our SMS consent instructions, completes the email template with their name and mobile number, and sends it to support@trojandigitalmarketing.com from their existing owner email address. The administrator verifies the request against the existing owner record and approved private alert destination and retains the dated email before activation. Opening the email draft, visiting this page, or sending an incomplete or unauthorized request does not activate alerts. This is not a public signup or customer marketing program, and contacting us does not enroll a visitor or caller. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies with business activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages. For assistance or another way to request that alerts stop, email support@trojandigitalmarketing.com. Delivery depends on the messaging provider and mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Our Privacy Policy explains how messaging information is handled.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trojan Digital Marketing provides this website and its tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trojan Digital Marketing, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this website or its tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. If you have not paid us anything, our liability is zero.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trojan Digital Marketing and its affiliates, owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the site.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
