GARRISON OWNED NETWORKS

Radon websites built around your services and owned by your business.

Quick answer: Garrison builds local websites for the radon testing and mitigation services your business is qualified to provide. Domains are registered to you, calls and forms route to your team, and every generated inquiry is included in the owned-network price.

What does ownership include?

  • Domains registered to your business.
  • Your company’s branding and direct inquiry routing.
  • Every inquiry the sites generate, with no per-lead fee on the owned offer.
  • Core page refreshes at Tier 1, with annual article options in higher tiers.

The written scope identifies your approved markets and content. Search performance and lead volume depend on the actual market and are not guaranteed.

What does a 100-site network cost?

Which radon services should the network cover?

Define whether you offer testing, mitigation, system service or a combination. Explain the service areas and property types you accept. Keep a testing appointment request distinct from a request to review a mitigation project, so your team can respond with the appropriate next step.

How do the pages establish the business behind the service?

Use your actual business identity, approved qualifications, process and authorized project examples. Content must accurately describe the services your team can deliver. We do not invent licenses, certifications, local offices or project outcomes for a city page.

Who handles the property owner’s request?

Your team receives the call or form and confirms the service, property and appointment details. A website inquiry is not a test result or a diagnosis. Trojan does not resell inquiries from your network to competing providers, while property owners remain free to contact other businesses.

What changes during annual renewal?

Renewal covers domain renewals and current core content. Higher tiers include scheduled articles. Your approved technical and service information guides updates, with clear dates and practical answers. Rankings, inquiry volume and booked work are not guaranteed.

Questions before you price the network

Can the network cover both radon testing and mitigation?

Yes, if your business provides those services. The scope identifies each accepted service and any qualifications or service boundaries that must be shown.

Does the website make health or test-result guarantees?

No. The pages describe your actual services and help people contact your team. Any property-specific assessment, testing and advice belongs with the appropriately qualified provider.

Do you charge per radon inquiry on the owned offer?

No. Every inquiry the owned sites generate is included in the site price. Domain ownership and annual content work are separate from the membership offer’s qualified lead billing.

Who owns the domains?

Your business does. Domains are registered in your business name. You can move the domains; a full site and software migration is a separate service under the owned-network terms.

How much does a 100-site network cost?

Tier 1 costs $11,900 for year one, including the one time setup. Annual renewal is $6,500 for 100 sites. Every generated lead is included. See the owned-network pricing page for all four tiers and the full transfer terms.

Is a market automatically available?

No. We confirm the trade, service area, current network assignments and the scope before a project starts. Exclusivity covers the agreed trade and market within Trojan’s network; it does not prevent customers from contacting other businesses.

Start with the work you want and the towns you serve.

Tell us your trade, state and actual service areas. We’ll review the scope and explain the cost before you decide.
