Free Business Facts and Schema Generator for AI Search

Your website, Google profile and AI tools may each describe your business a little differently, and an AI answer can repeat the wrong version. This free AI Answer Kit from Trojan Digital Marketing turns the facts you can back up into one website section, matching schema and a facts file. Your entries stay in this browser tab.

A PRACTICAL FIELD GUIDE

Build one factual source for your website and AI workflows

Business information often drifts between the website, proposals, directory profiles, and AI writing prompts. This free AI Answer Kit organizes the facts you supply into a readable website section, matching HTML, a facts JSON file, and JSON LD structured data. It helps SEO, answer engine optimization and generative engine optimization work by keeping those facts consistent. When we review a business's search presence, mismatched facts are one of the first things we look for. One example is a service on the website that's missing from the Google profile. Start with services you actually offer, the people you serve, your real service area, and a clear way to contact you.

Create a reliable business introduction

Use a concise description, a specific audience, and a genuine service area to explain the business. A contractor serving a city does not need to invent an office there. A national agency can describe national service without claiming branches it does not operate.

Give writers and assistants a facts brief

Download the facts JSON as a reference for approved business information. It includes the facts and source links you enter, plus a user supplied verification label. Ask a person to check the content before you add it to published work.

Align visible content and structured data

Review the generated website section and schema together. Business identity and service information should agree wherever they appear. If an offer changes, update the underlying facts and regenerate the relevant outputs instead of patching each format independently.

How to use it

  1. 01

    Enter the business identity

Add the real business name and a valid canonical website URL. Write a factual description using language a prospective customer understands. The tool requires a business name and website, but the useful work comes from filling the remaining categories accurately.

  2. 02

Describe the offer and service process

Enter up to five services, one per line. Identify the audience and service area, then explain how the service begins and what happens next. Use an actual contact page URL when you want the generated HTML to include a contact link.

  3. 03

    Answer real customer questions

Add up to five questions and factual answers. Choose questions about fit, preparation, scope, or starting the work. A clear answer can be brief or detailed according to the question; the tool doesn't set a fixed answer length.

  4. 04

    Attach evidence to specific claims

Add up to five claims with source URLs and source names. Keep each claim narrow enough that the supporting page can substantiate it. The tool records your links but does not crawl them, check their accuracy, or certify the evidence.

  5. 05

    Review all four output views

Choose Build my answer kit. Inspect Answer, HTML, Schema, and Facts JSON. Add a reviewer and review date if helpful. Download the files you need and add them through your normal website publishing process; this tool does not publish them automatically.

FROM INPUT TO DECISION

Worked example: a service area plumbing business

Fictional Example Plumbing, using https://example.com solely as a demonstration URL.

InputExample factWhere it is useful
Actual services
Drain cleaning; fixture installation
Visible service list and Service objects
Service area
Avon and Plainfield
Readable description and areaServed
Process
Discuss the job, review an estimate, then schedule
Website explanation and reusable facts brief
Next step
Ask for an estimate on the contact page
Readable next action and optional contact link

The schema contains Organization, WebSite, and the entered Service objects. It does not create an office address, ratings, credentials, or awards. Questions appear in the HTML; this output is not an automatic FAQ rich result package.

What does a complete answer kit include?

The six core categories are identity, offering, audience, service area, process, and next step. A complete category means information was entered, not that it has been independently verified or that the business will rank better.

Does AI search need special markup?

No. Google describes its AI search experiences as relying on the same underlying SEO foundations. Clear facts and relevant supporting material help people assess a business; there is no special AI schema in this kit that guarantees selection or citation.

Questions & limits

Your entries are processed in the browser tab. The tool does not call a writing model, scrape websites, verify credentials, or store a shared business profile for your team.

Source coverage counts supplied links, not verified claims. Review every output before publishing, and keep a saved copy of the approved facts if you will reuse them later.

Will this get my business into AI Overviews?

It cannot promise that. The kit makes your own information more consistent and reusable. Google and other systems decide what to retrieve or show. Measure actual appearances separately instead of treating a generated file as proof of visibility.

Is this an AI content generator?

It assembles the facts you enter into consistent formats. It does not research your business or invent descriptions, results, credentials, or supporting sources. The fictional example button is for learning the interface and must not be published as your business.

Do I need an address for the schema?

This tool does not ask for or generate a street address. Describe the real service area when that fits your business. An area served is different from an office location; do not substitute an invented address to fill a checklist.

Can the tool verify my source links?

No. A syntactically valid URL can still support the wrong claim or contain outdated information. Open the source, check the specific claim and date, and record who reviewed it before relying on the output.

Will downloading JSON LD add it to my website?

No. The download creates a file on your device. You or your website editor must add appropriate markup to the relevant page and check that it matches the visible information. The HTML download likewise does not publish itself.
