GARRISON MEMBERSHIPS · COMPARE THE NUMBERS

Which lead provider fits your business?

Quick answer: Garrison, the microsite software from Trojan Digital Marketing, starts at $399 a month for 50 branded websites with every qualified lead included. The pay per lead plan is $800 for year one with 5 qualified leads included. After those, each additional qualified roofing lead is $125 and each water restoration lead is $175, with a $600 annual renewal. What matters in a lead provider comparison?

  • Use total cost over the same period, including setup and ongoing fees.
  • Check the provider’s written definition of a billable lead.
  • Ask whether the same inquiry is distributed to other contractors.
  • Compare your actual booked jobs and margins after follow up.

Start with roofing memberships or water restoration memberships for the offer in your trade. Our 2026 lead cost guide explains the channels and the cost per booked job.

Review the opportunity

We review every inquiry by hand against the rules agreed with you. Our original 200 Indiana residential roofing websites brought 11 calls and form inquiries from June 29 through August 31, 2026. Missed calls aren’t counted, and that count doesn’t show how many were qualified. On the monthly plan every qualified lead is included, so there is nothing to bill. On the pay per lead plan, each membership year includes your plan’s qualified lead allowance, additional qualified leads are invoiced monthly after it, and the allowance resets when you renew.

What exclusive means here: we don’t resell your membership inquiries to competing contractors. Homeowners remain free to contact other businesses themselves.

How do the six providers compare?

They sell different combinations of services, so price is one part of the decision; Garrison’s low fixed fees can make it practical for contractors building an organic lead source.

Provider publications checked . All prices are in USD.
ProviderDelivery and commitmentPublished costs
Garrison membershipBranded organic microsites[1]

TDM owns and runs websites branded to one contractor per market. Calls and forms route to that contractor alone. Your team answers each call and reads each form.

Annual membership. Included qualified leads reset each year. A homeowner can independently contact other businesses.

$800 to $4,800 for year one. Renewals are $600 to $3,600 per year. Year one includes the build, the domains and the first year of hosting and upkeep. Annual renewal includes the same lead allowance again, domain renewals, hosting and upkeep, a fresh batch of local articles, and updated pricing guides and FAQs.

5 to 30 qualified leads included each year; $100 to $125 for each additional qualified roofing lead or $145 to $175 for water restoration, by tier. Additional qualified leads are billed monthly, in arrears, after manual review. Your rate is fixed at signup while renewals continue without a gap; published rates may change for new members.

Service DirectExclusive call leads[2]

The provider describes an exclusive pay per call service. Published ranges vary by trade and market.

No term contract. Its valid call rules govern billing.

No setup fee is advertised for the pay per lead service.

$85 to $550 per roofing call; $500 to $2,250 per water damage restoration call.

99 Calls GrowthMarketing package with organic leads[3][4]

A broader package that includes a website, Google Business Profile services, CRM and advertising management. The provider describes its organic leads as exclusive.

Plans without a contract are advertised, with monthly package billing. Check the agreement and the separate lead qualification rules.

$399 setup plus $399 per month for Growth. Advertising spend and applicable advertising management charges are additional.

$54.99 per organic roofing lead; $129.99 per organic water damage restoration lead. Organic lead charges are separate from package fees.

Angi LeadsProfessional matching marketplace[5]

Ask which lead product you are buying, how each inquiry is distributed and how many professionals may receive it.

Confirm the term, cancellation policy and credit rules in your individual agreement.

Request a written quote for any membership, advertising or other fixed fees.

Request current pricing and terms for your trade and ZIP codes. No universal roofing or restoration rate is verified here.

ThumbtackProfessional discovery marketplace[6]

Ask how customer contact, competition and refund eligibility work for the service you sell.

Confirm the current lead settings, budget controls and payment terms in your account.

Confirm which customer contacts trigger a charge and whether other fees apply.

Check your current account pricing and lead settings. No verified nationwide roofing or restoration rate is used in this comparison.

Google Local Services AdsPaid local search placement[7]

Customers contact your business through an ad. Direct contact does not prevent a customer from contacting another advertiser.

You manage a lead budget. Eligibility and supported lead types depend on the service category and location.

Advertising charges are separate from any agency or third party management fee.

Google charges for valid leads. Prices vary with location, job type, lead type and bidding; there is no fixed national roofing rate.

This compares different products using each provider’s published information. A call, a marketplace contact and an organic qualified lead can have different billing rules. Ask for a current quote and written qualification terms before choosing. Trojan Digital Marketing sells the Garrison membership shown here.

Service Direct’s roofing range varies with the market and selected lead price. Its call product is different from an organic microsite membership. 99 Calls has a lower published organic roofing lead rate than Garrison’s pay per lead rates, with higher fixed fees for Growth and a broader service scope; Garrison’s monthly plan has no per lead rate at all. Advertising spend and applicable ad management charges are extra for that package. Check each provider’s current quote and qualification rules.

WHO DOES THE LOCAL SEO WORK

Which providers build pages under your name?

Garrison microsites carry your company’s name, and other providers vary, which matters because search engines and AI answers favor pages that are local, current and specific. A profile on a marketplace ranks the marketplace. A purchased call leaves nothing behind under your name. Here is what one of our live sites holds, and what nine providers say on their own pages.

  • Every microsite is built for one town or community and carries your company's name, colors and logo.
  • Each microsite holds up to 100 pages: services, local pages, pricing guides, FAQs and articles written for that market.
  • Network releases update more than 1,000 microsites at once, so new articles, pricing guides and FAQs reach every site in the same pass.
  • Every membership year adds a fresh batch of local articles and updated pricing guides and FAQs.
  • One contractor per agreed trade and market. Calls and forms route to that member alone.
  • Trojan reviews each inquiry against written qualification rules before any lead charge, and every price is published on this site.

new articles per site each year
12 to 48Owned network tiers publish 12, 24 or 48 new articles per site each year. Membership sites launch with articles live and get a fresh batch of local articles every membership year. Each site's footer carries the month it was last updated.
sites updated in one release
1,000+New articles, pricing guides and FAQs reach every site in the same pass while each site keeps its own town, services and wording.

Why freshness matters. Search engines and AI answers keep returning to pages that change. A site that never adds anything after launch reads as finished, and finished sites slide. That is why every Garrison site keeps adding articles, and why the footer of each site shows when it was last updated.

Why most microsites fail. Most microsites fail for one of three reasons: the pages are thin, the same template is reused with only the town name swapped, or nothing is added after launch. Google's spam policies describe doorway abuse, pages or sites created only to rank for similar searches, and scaled content abuse, many pages with little value however they are made. A Garrison microsite is built to be the opposite: a full site for one town with thousands of words written for that town, its own neighborhoods, pricing and FAQs, a licensed business named on the page, and new articles after launch. Read Google's spam policies.

Quick answer: Checked September 15, 2026: of the nine providers reviewed, Garrison is the only one whose public pages describe all of these together: a network of microsites branded to one contractor per market, one site per town with up to 100 pages, fresh local articles every membership year, releases that update more than 1,000 microsites at once, human review of each billable lead, and published prices. The marketplaces list you beside competing pros on their own pages. The pay per call networks send calls without any page carrying your name. The microsite software generates pages for you to publish and describes no updates after launch.

Growth is $399 setup and $399 a month plus 15 percent of Google Ads spend, and includes monthly blog content; weekly posting starts at the $1,299 Growth Pro tier. The roofing page describes fresh content as sharing before and after photos of your jobs, and reports that its leads come 42 percent from organic search, 47 percent from Google Ads and 11 percent from Local Services Ads.

Organic roofing leads are $54.99 each on top of the package fees. The site says leads are exclusive whenever possible and that packages carry no contract.

Service DirectPay per call marketplace[6][7]

No website or branded pages for the contractor are described. Calls come from hundreds of partner publishers through search ads, directories, social ads, mobile apps and direct mail. The pages checked were last modified July 15, 2026 according to their metadata.

No per lead charge. Pricing isn't published and varies with the markets and website work involved. Exclusivity is described as the visibility itself, not the individual lead.

Observations come from each provider's public pages on the dates shown, quoted or closely paraphrased, with prices in USD. A provider can change its pages at any time; we read them again and add a dated entry below when something changes. Trojan Digital Marketing sells the Garrison membership shown here.

ONE CLEAR COST EXAMPLE

What if you receive
20 qualified leads?

Here’s what the first year would cost at 20 qualified organic roofing leads and 12 months of service. It does not predict any provider’s volume, lead quality or sales results.

GARRISON · 50 WEBSITES · MONTHLY

$4,788

Twelve months at $399, every qualified lead included.

12 × $399, no lead charges

The total is the same at 20 leads or 60. The first 90 days are a proving window billed monthly. After that the membership continues month to month and you can stop with 30 days notice.

GARRISON · 50 WEBSITES · PAY PER LEAD

$2,675

Year one membership and additional qualified roofing lead charges.

$800 year one + (20 less 5 included) × $125

The $800 year one price includes the build, domains and the first year of hosting and upkeep. Renewals are $600 with 5 included qualified leads each year. This roofing example uses $125 for each additional qualified lead. The member’s lead rate stays fixed while membership renews without a gap.

99 CALLS · GROWTH PACKAGE

$6,286.80

Setup, 12 monthly package fees and organic roofing lead charges.

$399 + 12 × $399 + 20 × $54.99

This broader package includes services beyond Garrison’s membership. Advertising spend and its applicable management charges are excluded.

The comparison isolates the listed fixed fees and organic lead charges at the same assumed count. Garrison’s two plans cross at about 37 qualified roofing leads a year; above that, Monthly costs less. It does not assign a dollar value to the additional services in Growth, assume equivalent outcomes or compare every package either business offers. Check Growth package fees and organic roofing pricing.

What counts as a qualified Garrison lead?

A qualified lead is an inbound call over 60 seconds or a form submission from a homeowner or property owner in the member’s service area asking for a service the member sells.

Trojan manually checks the inquiry before billing. On the monthly plan every qualified lead is included and nothing is billed per lead. On the pay per lead plan, your included allowance resets at each annual renewal. At the end of each membership year, each included qualified lead the network did not deliver becomes a credit toward your next renewal, valued at your locked additional lead rate. The credit is capped at the renewal price, applies to renewal only and has no cash value. The annual fee covers domains and fresh content, with those included leads inside it.

The websites are owned and operated by TDM and branded for your business. Roofing and water restoration membership availability excludes Indiana and remains subject to a service area review.

Would you rather own the domains?

Compare the separate owned network offer, where domains are registered to your business and every generated inquiry is included in the site price.

A microsite membership is a plan where a marketing company owns and runs a network of local websites branded to one contractor per market and routes every inquiry to that contractor, paid either as a flat monthly price or per qualified lead. Pay one monthly price with every qualified lead included, or a lower yearly price with an included lead allowance and a charge for each qualified lead above it.

Your company’s name, colors, and logo across a network of local websites. Your team answers the calls and receives every form submission directly, so you can review each inquiry yourself. Trojan does not sell those inquiries to competing contractors.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What should you check before choosing?

What counts as a qualified Garrison lead?

A qualified lead is an inbound call over 60 seconds or a form submission from a homeowner or property owner in the member’s service area asking for a service the member sells.

Does a direct Google Local Services Ads inquiry mean the customer is exclusive?

No, a customer who contacts your business through your ad can still contact another advertiser. Direct delivery and a customer’s decision to consider other businesses are different things. Review Google’s valid lead rules and track your own booked jobs.

How much does a Garrison membership cost?

Monthly plan, every qualified lead included: $399 a month for 50 microsites, $699 a month for 100 microsites, $949 a month for 150 microsites, $1,199 a month for 200 microsites, $1,699 a month for 300 microsites. The first 90 days are a proving window billed monthly. After that the membership continues month to month and you can stop with 30 days notice. Pay per lead plan: 50 microsites: $800 for year one, then $600 per annual renewal, with 5 qualified leads included each year and $125 per additional qualified roofing lead or $175 for water restoration. 100 microsites: $1,600 for year one, then $1,200 per annual renewal, with 10 qualified leads included each year and $115 per additional qualified roofing lead or $165 for water restoration. 150 microsites: $2,400 for year one, then $1,800 per annual renewal, with 15 qualified leads included each year and $110 per additional qualified roofing lead or $155 for water restoration. 200 microsites: $3,200 for year one, then $2,400 per annual renewal, with 20 qualified leads included each year and $105 per additional qualified roofing lead or $150 for water restoration. 300 microsites: $4,800 for year one, then $3,600 per annual renewal, with 30 qualified leads included each year and $100 per additional qualified roofing lead or $145 for water restoration. Year one includes the build, domains and the first year of hosting and upkeep. Annual renewal includes domain renewals, hosting, upkeep, a fresh batch of local articles, updated pricing guides and FAQs, and the same included qualified lead allowance again.

Which Garrison plan should I choose?

Choose Monthly if you want one flat price and every qualified lead included: $399 a month for 50 microsites is $4,788 a year at any lead volume. Choose Pay per lead if you would rather start with a lower yearly price, $800 for the same 50 microsites, and pay $125 for each qualified roofing lead above the 5 included. At 20 qualified roofing leads in a year, Pay per lead totals $2,675 and Monthly totals $4,788; above about 37 qualified roofing leads a year, Monthly costs less.

Are leads included when I renew?

Yes, on both plans: the monthly plan always includes every qualified lead, and the pay per lead plan’s included allowance resets at each annual renewal. Year one includes the build, domains and the first year of hosting and upkeep. Annual renewal includes domain renewals, hosting, upkeep, a fresh batch of local articles, updated pricing guides and FAQs, and the same included qualified lead allowance again. Only qualified leads above that year’s allowance are reviewed and billed monthly at the plan’s additional lead rate.

Who answers the calls and reads the forms?

Your team does. Calls route to the number agreed for your business, and form submissions go directly to your team. You speak with the homeowner, read the request and handle follow up. Trojan manually reviews inquiries against the agreed qualification rules before additional leads are invoiced monthly.

Are the leads exclusive to my company?

Yes, Trojan doesn’t resell your membership inquiries to competing contractors. The websites use your company’s branding and send inquiries to your team. A homeowner can still independently contact other businesses; exclusivity describes Trojan’s distribution of the inquiry.

Which providers build and update pages under your own name?

Checked September 15, 2026: of the nine providers reviewed, Garrison is the only one whose public pages describe all of these together: a network of microsites branded to one contractor per market, one site per town with up to 100 pages, fresh local articles every membership year, releases that update more than 1,000 microsites at once, human review of each billable lead, and published prices. The marketplaces list you beside competing pros on their own pages. The pay per call networks send calls without any page carrying your name. The microsite software generates pages for you to publish and describes no updates after launch. Every Garrison microsite holds up to 100 pages for one town, and one network release updates more than 1,000 microsites at once.

Is this the same service as the providers in the comparison?

No. Garrison memberships combine branded microsites with either a flat monthly price that includes every qualified lead, or a yearly price with included leads and a rate for additional qualified leads. Service Direct sells exclusive calls. The 99 Calls Growth package includes a broader marketing service. Compare delivery, qualification rules, scope and total cost as well as the per lead price.

Does a membership guarantee rankings or sales?

No. SEO visibility and lead volume depend on your market, competition, content and other factors. A qualified lead is a sales opportunity, not a booked job. Your team’s response and sales process affect the outcome. The 20 lead calculation on this page is an illustration, not a forecast.

What happens if I get fewer than the included leads?

On the pay per lead plan, any shortfall when your membership year ends becomes a renewal credit at your locked additional lead rate; the monthly plan has no allowance. The credit is capped at the renewal price, applies to renewal only and has no cash value. For the 50 microsite roofing plan, receiving 4 of 5 included leads means a $125 renewal credit. Receiving none means $600, capped at the renewal price. Qualification rules and actual service areas are agreed before launch.

Can I get more than 300 sites?

Yes. Any network size is available. Sizes between the listed tiers use the monthly rate for each site of the nearest tier below. Jeff confirms terms for smaller custom networks and quotes networks above 300 sites. On the pay per lead plan, sizes between or above the listed tiers cost $16 for each site in year one and $12 for each site at annual renewal, with one included qualified lead for every ten sites and the additional lead rate of the nearest tier below.

Can my additional qualified lead rate change?

On the pay per lead plan, your additional qualified lead rate is fixed at signup and stays fixed while your membership renews without a gap. Published rates may change for new members. The monthly plan bills nothing per lead.

When are additional qualified leads billed?

On the pay per lead plan, additional qualified leads are billed monthly, in arrears, at your tier rate after review against the agreed qualified lead definition and after the annual included allowance is used. The monthly plan has no per lead billing.
