CHECK HOW THE INQUIRY REACHES YOU

What should you compare before buying leads?

Start with who receives the inquiry and what the fixed fee covers. Then compare the qualification rules and total annual cost. Providers offer different services, so the price per lead only tells part of the story.

Who receives the inquiry?

GARRISONYour team receives the call or form directly. We assign one contractor per agreed market and don't resell those membership inquiries.

The sites were four to twelve weeks old when they did this.

17 leads

204 water restoration sites, July and August 2026.

They included a flooded church basement, a burst sprinkler line and seven inches of water in a basement; 11 came during the August floods.

19 leads

700 roofing sites, their first ten weeks live, through August 31, 2026.

They ranged from full replacements to a slate repair, a commercial rubber-roof leak and a same-day tarp after a tree came down.

3 leads

114 window sites, their first 30 days live, through August 31, 2026.

Two replacement requests and an inspection came in before the sites were a month old.

These networks received inquiries during their first weeks. Continued improvements can help useful pages become easier to find, but site age alone doesn't establish future lead volume. We build clear answers, relevant FAQs and structured data, then use search and inquiry records to guide the next update. A search impression means a page appeared in search; it isn't a call, a form submission or a booked job.

We review each town's search and inquiry data, add content where it helps, and revise or replace underperforming sites when the evidence supports that decision. Results can rise, fall or remain unchanged.

On the 50-site plan, the first 5 qualified leads each year are included. Additional qualified leads are $90 each, and any included lead we miss is refunded at that rate at the end of the membership year. Other tiers have their own allowances and lead prices.

THE MEMBERSHIP AND ITS LEAD RULES

What are you paying for, and what counts as a lead?

A microsite membership is an annual plan where a marketing company owns and runs a network of local websites branded to one contractor per market and charges that contractor per qualified lead.

A qualified lead is an inbound call over 60 seconds or a form submission from a homeowner or property owner in the member's service area asking for a service the member sells.

Trojan owns and runs the network. Your sites carry your company's branding, and your team handles the customer conversation. We agree on the towns you actually serve and document your allocated market before launch.

At the end of each 12 month membership year, each included qualified lead we haven't delivered is refunded at your plan's additional lead price. The refund is capped at that year's included allowance multiplied by that rate. The domain, maintenance and build charges remain part of the membership price.

A 50 website example: 5 qualified leads are included each year. If you receive 4, we refund $90. If you receive none, we refund $450. The allowance resets when you renew.

  1. Your name appears on the site.

A visitor sees your company branding on a local website within the agreed network.

  2. Your team receives the inquiry.

You answer the call or read the submitted form and decide how to follow up.

  3. Qualified inquiries are reviewed.

We check the request against the lead definition before charging above your included allowance.

Exclusivity describes Garrison's allocation and distribution of inquiries. A homeowner may independently contact another contractor.

ANSWERS BEFORE YOU JOIN

What else should you know about water damage restoration leads?

How much do exclusive water damage restoration leads cost?

Garrison starts at $800 for 50 branded websites in year one, with 5 qualified leads included and $90 per additional qualified lead. The 200 website plan is $2,600 in year one, includes 20 qualified leads each year and charges $84 for each additional qualified lead. Year one includes the build and first year of membership.

What counts as a qualified lead?

A qualified lead is an inbound call over 60 seconds or a form submission from a homeowner or property owner in the member's service area asking for a service the member sells. Trojan manually reviews inquiries against these rules before billing additional leads. Requests from vendors or job seekers do not meet this definition.

How do I know the inquiries are exclusive?

Your team answers the calls and reads the form submissions sent to your business. Garrison assigns one contractor per agreed market and does not sell those membership inquiries to competing contractors. You can review the inquiry itself and its routing. A homeowner can still contact another company independently.

What do I pay when I renew?

Annual renewal is $600 for 50 websites, $1,080 for 90 websites, $1,440 for 120 websites, $2,400 for 200 websites. It covers domains, fresh content and maintenance. Your plan's 5, 10, 15, 20 included qualified leads respectively reset each year. The $200 build fee applies in year one only. Additional qualified leads are reviewed and invoiced monthly after that year's included allowance.

What if the included leads aren't delivered?

At the end of each 12 month membership year, we refund the plan's lead price for each missing included qualified lead. On the 50 website plan, receiving 4 of 5 included leads means a $90 refund. Receiving none means $450. The refund is capped at that year's included allowance multiplied by the plan's additional lead price. Domain, maintenance and build charges remain part of the membership price.

Who owns and runs the water restoration websites?

Trojan Digital Marketing owns and operates the Garrison membership network. Your allocated sites carry your company's branding and route inquiries directly to your team. Your agreement sets out the city list, account access, renewal scope and what happens when membership ends.

Can I join from Indiana, and can I stop at renewal?

These water damage restoration memberships are available in eligible United States markets outside Indiana. We check your actual service area and market availability before you join. Membership runs for a year at a time; you can choose not to renew under the notice terms in your agreement.

Do you guarantee rankings or booked jobs?

No. Search visibility and inquiry volume depend on demand, competition and the agreed city list. A qualified inquiry does not guarantee a sale. Your response time, service fit and sales process affect whether a lead becomes a booked job. The included lead shortfall refund applies at the end of each membership year.

What should you review before choosing a plan?

Open the details that matter to your decision.

Which restoration requests should our service area include?

Start with the restoration work your crew actually accepts, then list the towns you can reach. Water extraction, sewage cleanup and reconstruction can require different capabilities. Mark anything you do not sell before selecting the city list. An emergency inquiry is useful only when your team can respond within its real operating limits.

Bring that service list to the scope discussion, along with the person responsible for answering inquiries. The written market allocation should describe the trade and agreed service area. It does not establish control over search results or prevent homeowners from requesting another quote. Roofing and water restoration memberships are available outside Indiana.

How should we review an urgent call before accepting a lead charge?

Read the customer request alongside the qualification rule in your agreement. Check the requested service and project location, and establish whether repeated calls and forms refer to the same project. Keep tests, vendor messages and job applications distinct from customer inquiries. A long call by itself does not establish the required service fit.

Your team answers the customer, while Trojan manually reviews additional inquiries before billing. Use the inquiry record when a request needs clarification, so the billing discussion stays attached to the actual event. A qualified lead remains an opportunity to win work; an accepted estimate, a booked job and collected payment are later outcomes.

What should we compare at the end of a membership year?

Review the full membership period using its fixed fees, included allowance and any additional qualified lead charges. Compare that cost with the qualified inquiries and booked jobs your team recorded in the same period. Count a missing included lead according to the plan’s refund terms, and keep the adjustment visible in the cost record.

Use that review to decide whether the current service area still fits your business. Consider response capacity and project profitability before expanding the city list. The next year has its own allowance and renewal price. Earlier lead counts do not establish the next year’s volume, and a site can produce no inquiries.
