GARRISON OWNED NETWORKS
Siding websites your business owns. Every inquiry goes to you.
Quick answer: Garrison builds local siding websites on domains registered to your business. Your repair and replacement services, project evidence and inquiry details help property owners decide whether to contact your team. Every lead those sites produce is included in the owned-network price.

What does ownership include?
- Domains registered to your business.
- Your company’s branding and direct inquiry routing.
- Every inquiry the sites generate, with no per-lead fee on the owned offer.
- Core page refreshes at Tier 1, with annual article options in higher tiers.
The written scope identifies your approved markets and content. Search performance and lead volume depend on the actual market and are not guaranteed.
What does a 100-site network cost?
Prices as of September 2026. Tier 1 example, including its setup fee.
| Sites | Year one total | Annual renewal | Per-lead charge |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 owned websites | $11,900 | $6,500 | None |

Which siding projects should the sites describe?
Start with the work your crew actually accepts: repairs, full replacement, trim or commercial projects. Identify the materials you install and the towns you serve. A repair request should reach a team that handles repairs, with the scope made clear before the property owner submits it.
What makes each local website useful?
Use authorized project photos, material comparisons, service coverage and practical preparation for an estimate. A separate town name needs substantive local information and a clear reason for the site to exist. We plan the content around your work and the questions buyers need answered.
Who answers the calls and forms?
Your team does. Calls and forms route to your agreed contact details. You read the request, discuss the property and decide the next step. Trojan does not resell those inquiries to competitors. A property owner can still independently contact another company.
How are the sites maintained?
Annual renewal keeps the domains renewed and core local pages current. Higher content tiers add scheduled articles. Updates can include accepted materials, genuine project examples, service boundaries and estimate FAQs. Publishing more pages does not guarantee rankings or more inquiries.
Questions before you price the network
Can the sites cover siding repair and replacement?
Yes, when your company provides both. The content and inquiry form should distinguish the requested work so your team can assess whether it fits.
Do I pay separately for each siding lead?
No. Every inquiry generated by your owned network is included in its site price. The separate Garrison membership has a different ownership arrangement and charges for qualified leads above its included allowance.
Will you say we install every siding material?
Only materials and services you confirm belong on the sites. We need your approved scope, examples and qualifications before representing them publicly.
Who owns the domains?
Your business does. Domains are registered in your business name. You can move the domains; a full site and software migration is a separate service under the owned-network terms.
How much does a 100-site network cost?
Tier 1 costs $11,900 for year one, including the one time setup. Annual renewal is $6,500 for 100 sites. Every generated lead is included. See the owned-network pricing page for all four tiers and the full transfer terms.
Is a market automatically available?
No. We confirm the trade, service area, current network assignments and the scope before a project starts. Exclusivity covers the agreed trade and market within Trojan’s network; it does not prevent customers from contacting other businesses.
Start with the work you want and the towns you serve.
Tell us your trade, state and actual service areas. We’ll review the scope and explain the cost before you decide.
