Website design
with a job to do.

Book a stay. Compare a service. Work through a practice question. We design and build websites around the reason your customer arrived.

Trojan is based in Indianapolis and works with businesses nationwide.

A place to stay.
A reason to book.

Moto Supreme, Indiana
Hospitality website

Moto Supreme homepage with the cabin destination, guest activities and availability links

The brief brought the cabin stay, guest activities and booking route into one website. The destination imagery gives visitors a feel for the place; the navigation helps them plan the stay.

Texas Electrician Exam turns an information heavy subject into practice questions, worked calculations and visual labs. A useful tool gives someone a reason to spend time with the material.

Agree on the work
before the build.

Your proposal should make these decisions explicit. The scope depends on what your business and website actually need.

Pages & content
The pages to build, the URLs to retain, and who supplies the writing, photography and project evidence.
Actions & integrations
The forms, booking, payments or tools people need, including what happens after they submit.
Mobile & search
Readable layouts, usable controls, image delivery, page metadata and the technical search work included at launch.
Access & upkeep
Domain and account access, editing responsibilities, maintenance and the agreed support after handoff.

From the first brief to the handoff.

  1. Map

Agree on the important pages, customer actions and existing URLs.

  2. Design

Use real content and required fields so gaps show up early.

  3. Build

Implement the layouts, integrations and responsive behavior.

  4. Check

Review links, forms and customer journeys; record the handoff.

How Trojan approaches the engagement
More than 1,400 live sites

We run more than 1,400 live websites, so building and keeping a site online is routine work here.

Scope from your own numbers

The plan starts from your average job value, your margin and your close rate, so the budget matches what one customer is actually worth to you.

Indianapolis based, national reach

We work out of Indianapolis and take clients across the country, so the local market knowledge here is first hand.

Reporting you can check

Reports show the inquiries and where they came from, including the ones that went nowhere, with the arithmetic behind every figure.

Free tools you can use today

Cost per lead, job profit, invoices, estimates and a website audit are all free to use on this site before you talk to anyone.

What we will and will not promise

We name the work, the order it happens in and what each piece should change. Rankings and timelines stay with Google, and we report what actually happened.

Watch a page come together

Every block on the page has a job.

Here’s a service page coming together in the order we build one.

  1. Map the pages and customer actions Each block gets a job before anything’s drawn.
  2. Design with real content Your real headline and service copy go in before any polish.
  3. Build the responsive experience It’s built for a phone first, with the call button always in reach.
  4. Check the launch and handoff We test every form and the call button before launch day.

Before you commission a website.

Can you redesign a site without changing its URLs?

Yes. We inventory the existing pages and identify the URLs to retain before designing. If a URL genuinely needs to move, the scope should include its redirect and updated internal links.

What decides the price and launch date?

The number and complexity of the pages, the available content, required integrations and approval process. Bring the current site and your required functions so we can define a scope and schedule.

Does the project include search optimization?

The proposal identifies the technical and on page work included at launch. Ongoing content, local search and campaign management need their own agreed scope. A new design does not guarantee a ranking.

Can we keep our domain and existing tools?

We review the domain, hosting, forms, booking tools and other integrations before recommending changes. Account access, ownership and maintenance responsibilities belong in the handoff.

From the businesses we've worked with

“It’s been 2 years; I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.”

Bring the website.
And the part that isn’t working.

A page customers misunderstand, a form people abandon, or a new offer you need to explain. That gives us a concrete place to start.

Based in Indianapolis, we serve businesses across central Indiana, including Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, Westfield, Noblesville, Greenwood, Avon and Plainfield, and clients across the United States.

Talk through your website

The first strategy call is free, and during business hours we aim to reply within five minutes.
