Garrison Microsite Memberships: Leads Routed to Your Team

Choosing between a flat monthly price and paying per lead for contractor lead websites? Garrison, the microsite software from Trojan Digital Marketing, runs local websites branded to your company and sends their calls and forms straight to your team. The 50 microsite membership is $399 a month with every qualified lead included, or $800 in year one on the pay per lead plan with 5 qualified leads included each year and $125 for each additional qualified roofing lead or $175 for water restoration. Larger networks lower the cost per site and the additional lead rate. On the pay per lead plan, missing included leads become a credit toward the next renewal, capped at the renewal price, with no cash value.

A microsite membership is a plan where a marketing company owns and runs a network of local websites branded to one contractor per market and routes every inquiry to that contractor, paid either as a flat monthly price or per qualified lead. Pay one monthly price with every qualified lead included, or a lower yearly price with an included lead allowance and a charge for each qualified lead above it.

Your company’s name, colors, and logo across a network of local websites. Your team answers the calls and receives every form submission directly, so you can review each inquiry yourself. Trojan does not sell those inquiries to competing contractors.

Additional lead billing. Additional qualified leads are billed monthly, in arrears, at your member rate after the included annual allowance is used and after review against the qualified lead definition.

Your included lead protection, every year. At the end of a membership year, each included qualified lead the network did not deliver becomes a credit toward your next renewal, valued at your locked additional qualified lead rate and capped at your renewal price. The credit applies to renewal only and has no cash value.

A qualified lead is an inbound call over 60 seconds or a form submission from a homeowner or property owner in the member's service area asking for a service the member sells. Actual service areas are agreed before launch. A qualified inquiry does not guarantee a sale.

Trojan owns and operates the Garrison membership network. Your allocated microsites carry your branding and route inquiries to your team. Account access and renewal scope are documented in your agreement.

THE MATH BEHIND THE PLAN

Make the assumptions visible.

Enter your own inquiry assumptions to explore a membership scenario. The starting inquiry rates are zero; this calculator supplies no annual performance benchmark.

0.0
0.0
50%

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO

First year0

inquiries · 0 meeting the assumed qualification rate

Second year0

inquiries · 0 meeting the assumed qualification rate

Formula: number of microsites × annual inquiries per microsite. Qualified inquiries then multiply by the qualification percentage. Totals are rounded, and are not booked jobs or revenue.

Discuss these assumptions
Where do the starting assumptions come from?

The inquiry rates start at zero. Choose assumptions supported by the period, trade and market you are evaluating. An inquiry must meet the agreed qualification rules before it counts toward your included allowance or becomes billable. Each 12 month membership year includes the selected plan’s qualified lead allowance, which resets at annual renewal. Year one includes the build, the domains and the first year of hosting and upkeep. Renewal is yearly and includes the same qualified lead allowance again, domain renewals, hosting and upkeep, a fresh batch of local articles, and updated pricing guides and FAQs. Additional qualified leads are billed monthly, in arrears, at your member rate after the included annual allowance is used and after review against the qualified lead definition. Your additional qualified lead rate is fixed at signup and stays fixed for as long as your membership renews without a gap. Published rates may change for new members. At the end of a membership year, each included qualified lead the network did not deliver becomes a credit toward your next renewal, valued at your locked additional qualified lead rate and capped at your renewal price. The credit applies to renewal only and has no cash value. Some sites may receive no inquiries. The 50% qualification rate is an editable illustration, not observed client data.

Second year volume starts at the same rate so growth is not built into the result. Adjust it down or up. Demand, search competition, content usefulness, technical access, maintenance, and your response process can change outcomes. Site count alone does not create search demand. Review actual portfolio data before deciding whether to expand.

Frequently asked questions

The first strategy call is free, and during business hours we aim to reply within five minutes.

What does the year one price include?

On the pay per lead plan: Year one includes the build, domains and the first year of hosting and upkeep. Annual renewal includes domain renewals, hosting, upkeep, a fresh batch of local articles, updated pricing guides and FAQs, and the same included qualified lead allowance again. Year one costs $800 for 50 Garrison microsites, $1,600 for 100, $2,400 for 150, $3,200 for 200 and $4,800 for 300. Renewals are $600, $1,200, $1,800, $2,400 and $3,600 respectively. The plans include 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 qualified leads respectively each membership year. Only additional qualified leads above that year’s allowance are billed separately.

What is the difference between Monthly and Pay per lead?

Monthly is one flat price with every qualified lead included: $399 a month for 50 microsites up to $1,699 for 300, a 90 day proving window, then month to month with 30 days notice. Pay per lead is a lower yearly price, $800 for 50 microsites in year one, with an included allowance of qualified leads, a locked rate for each qualified lead above it, and a renewal credit if the network delivers fewer than the allowance. Both use the same websites, the same routing and the same qualified lead definition.

How many pages does each microsite have?

Up to 100. Each microsite is built for one town and holds services, local pages, pricing guides, FAQs and articles for that market. One live site counted September 15, 2026 carried 38 pages, with more than 8,000 words on its home page and about 1,800 words per article. Every membership year adds a fresh batch of local articles, and new guides and FAQs are pushed to more than 1,000 microsites in one release.

Is a membership the same as buying a list of leads?

No. Your membership supports a defined network of websites branded to your company, with direct inquiry routing. On the pay per lead plan, year one includes the build, domains and the first year of hosting and upkeep. Annual renewal includes domain renewals, hosting, upkeep, a fresh batch of local articles, updated pricing guides and FAQs, and the same included qualified lead allowance again. Your qualified lead allowance is included each membership year. Only qualified leads above the current membership year’s allowance are manually reviewed and billed monthly at the plan rate.

Does every microsite produce leads in its first year?

No. The observations describe specific networks and periods. Results vary by market, service, competition and launch timing, and some sites may produce no inquiries.

Can paid advertising run alongside the membership?

Yes, when separately scoped. Keep advertising spend, paid inquiries and organic inquiries distinguishable, then deduplicate customer outcomes across channels.

Can I change providers later?

The agreement should describe ownership, access, licenses, export, renewals and transition responsibilities. Review those details before enrollment to confirm which components transfer.

For current provider fees and a first year cost example, compare Trojan memberships with Service Direct and 99 Calls. The comparison includes annual lead allowances, renewal pricing, lead shortfall renewal credits, direct inquiry routing and links to the providers’ published prices.

What happens if I get fewer than the included leads?

On the pay per lead plan, any shortfall when your membership year ends becomes a renewal credit at your locked additional lead rate; the monthly plan has no allowance. The credit is capped at the renewal price, applies to renewal only and has no cash value. On the 50 microsite roofing plan, receiving four of five included leads creates a $125 renewal credit. Receiving none creates a $600 credit because the calculated $625 credit is capped at the $600 renewal price. On the 50 microsite water restoration plan, one missing included lead creates a $175 renewal credit; no delivered included leads creates a credit capped at $600.

Which Garrison microsite counts can I choose?

The published tiers are 50, 100, 150, 200 and 300 branded Garrison microsites. On the monthly plan they cost $399, $699, $949, $1,199 and $1,699 a month respectively with every qualified lead included. On the pay per lead plan they include 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 qualified SEO organic leads respectively each membership year, with additional qualified roofing leads at $125, $115, $110, $105 and $100 and water restoration leads at $175, $165, $155, $150 and $145. Any network size is available; sizes between the tiers use the nearest tier below, and Jeff quotes networks above 300 sites.

What lead volume have you seen?

Review the network observations for your trade and their actual dates before choosing a planning assumption. Those partial periods do not establish an annual average or a guaranteed result.

Are qualified leads included when I renew?

Yes, on both plans: the monthly plan always includes every qualified lead, and on the pay per lead plan your qualified SEO organic lead allowance resets at each annual renewal. Year one includes the build, domains and the first year of hosting and upkeep. Annual renewal includes domain renewals, hosting, upkeep, a fresh batch of local articles, updated pricing guides and FAQs, and the same included qualified lead allowance again. Only additional qualified leads above that year’s allowance are manually reviewed and invoiced monthly at your plan’s additional lead rate.

Can I get more than 300 sites?

Yes. Jeff quotes networks above 300 sites on either plan. On the monthly plan the quote uses the monthly rate for each site of the nearest tier below; on the pay per lead plan it uses $16 for each site in year one and $12 for each site at annual renewal, with one included qualified lead for every ten sites and the additional lead rate of the nearest tier below. Your trade, network size and actual service areas are confirmed in the quote.

Can my additional qualified lead rate change?

On the pay per lead plan: Your additional qualified lead rate is fixed at signup and stays fixed while your membership renews without a gap. Published rates may change for new members.

When are additional qualified leads billed?

On the pay per lead plan: Additional qualified leads are billed monthly, in arrears, at your tier rate after review against the agreed qualified lead definition and after the annual included allowance is used.

What a Garrison microsite is

Each microsite is built for one town or community and carries your company's name, colors and logo. It holds up to 100 pages: services, local pages, pricing guides, FAQs and articles written for that market. One live Indiana roofing microsite in our network, counted September 15, 2026, carried 14 service and neighborhood pages plus 24 articles, more than 8,000 words on its home page, about 1,800 words per article and about 1,400 per service page, and the same article topic is written differently for each town. Every site launches with articles live and gets a fresh batch of local articles every membership year, and network releases update more than 1,000 microsites at once, so new articles, pricing guides and FAQs reach every site in the same pass while each site keeps its own town, service mix and wording. See what nine lead providers say on their own pages, with dates.

Build a membership around the work your business wants

Trojan develops membership scopes for businesses that want branded microsites to support an organic lead channel. Start with the trade, accepted projects, customer questions, and actual markets. A window installer pursuing whole home replacement needs a different resource and intake path from a restoration company evaluating urgent water damage requests.

The first conversation should establish the opportunity and operating capacity. Bring the current website, the work you can deliver, who answers inquiries, and the evidence your team can approve. We can then distinguish an opportunity for a focused microsite from information that belongs on the main website. Explore the microsite trade directory before selecting a package by size.

What your membership covers

Monthly plan: $399 a month for 50 microsites, $699 for 100, $949 for 150, $1,199 for 200 and $1,699 for 300, with every qualified lead included and nothing billed per lead. The first 90 days are a proving window billed monthly; after that the membership continues month to month and you can stop with 30 days notice. Your monthly price covers the build, the domains, hosting and upkeep, a fresh batch of local articles, and updated pricing guides and FAQs. One contractor per agreed trade and market, with every inquiry routed to your team.

Pay per lead plan: year one includes the build, domains and the first year of hosting and upkeep. Annual renewal includes domain renewals, hosting, upkeep, a fresh batch of local articles, updated pricing guides and FAQs, and the same included qualified lead allowance again. Starting at renewal after 12 months, you pay only the annual membership price for the same plan, plus any additional qualified leads above that year’s allowance.

On the pay per lead plan, each 12 month membership year includes your plan’s allowance of qualified SEO organic leads. The allowance resets at each annual renewal. Only additional qualified leads above that year’s allowance are manually reviewed and invoiced monthly at your plan’s additional lead rate. The website count describes the covered network; it is not a promise of lead volume or exclusive rights to every town.

Know what your membership covers

A scope identifies work and responsibilities. An outcome describes what happened after that work reached a market. Keep both visible. The written proposal should explain the sites included, launch stages, content responsibilities, ongoing technical care, reporting, and the process for changing the arrangement.

The plans above state the monthly price with every qualified lead included, and for the pay per lead option the total year one price, annual renewal, qualified leads included each membership year and additional qualified lead rate. Annual pricing covers the domain renewals, fresh content and ongoing maintenance for your network, with the included lead allowance as part of the membership. Before enrollment, we confirm the trade, real service areas, site inventory, lead definition and responsibilities in your written agreement. Advertising, if requested, is scoped separately.

Make branded and exclusive practical

A branded microsite should identify the actual company behind the offer before asking for customer details. Its design, project evidence, service description, and confirmation should connect the visitor to that business. A different domain can still present the same company clearly.

In Trojan’s exclusive routing model, inquiries from the covered microsites go to your company. Trojan does not sell those same inquiries to competing providers. Record that scope in the agreement. Exclusivity does not mean the customer is prevented from requesting another quote independently, and it does not establish an exclusive search ranking or geographic monopoly.

The branded exclusive lead delivery page explains the difference between customer identity, routing, qualification, and ownership. Those details make a stronger offer than simply placing the word exclusive beside a lead total.

Your team answers. Trojan reviews before billing.

Under a qualified lead agreement, calls from the covered microsites route to your company, and form inquiries reach your team for follow up. Your staff answers using your business name, responds to the customer, and handles estimates and sales. Trojan does not distribute those covered inquiries to competing providers. Routing and tracking are configured and tested during onboarding.

The agreed tracking process flags incoming inquiries for review. Trojan then manually checks the available records against the written qualification and duplicate rules before approving a lead charge. A system flag, call, or form submission alone does not trigger billing. Only inquiries approved as qualified under your agreement enter the lead invoice; unresolved inquiries remain pending. Any separate membership or site fees are stated in your agreement.

Read how to reconcile a lead invoice for the records behind each approved charge.

Choose the network size your market needs

Any network size is available. On the monthly plan, sizes between the listed tiers use the monthly rate for each site of the nearest tier below. On the pay per lead plan, sizes between or above the listed tiers cost $16 for each site in year one and $12 for each site at annual renewal, with one included qualified lead for every ten sites and the additional lead rate of the nearest tier below. Jeff quotes networks above 300 sites.

The monthly plan bills nothing per lead. On the pay per lead plan, additional qualified leads are billed monthly, in arrears, at your tier rate after review against the agreed qualified lead definition and after the annual included allowance is used. Your additional qualified lead rate is fixed at signup and stays fixed while your membership renews without a gap. Published rates may change for new members.

Your included lead protection, every year, on the pay per lead plan

On the pay per lead plan, at the end of each membership year, each included qualified lead the network did not deliver becomes a credit toward your next renewal, valued at your locked additional lead rate.

Define a qualified organic SEO lead

The membership should identify the required service fit, actual project location, contact information needed to respond, and the distinction between a new project and a repeat interaction. Calls and forms from the same person about the same project should be reviewed together under the agreed duplicate rule.

Use separate statuses for awaiting information, outside scope, duplicate, spam, qualified, proposal, and completed outcome. A person who asks a genuine relevant question may be a valid inquiry without yet meeting the qualification definition. A qualified request may still choose another provider.

Google Analytics distinguishes generated and qualified leads. The business record should preserve that distinction even when website analytics is incomplete. A report that counts every click as a lead makes the commercial conversation harder.

Understand how organic value can build over time

Useful content, accurate business information, technical upkeep, and relevant project evidence can create a foundation that the next improvement builds upon. That is the intended meaning of compounding organic leads. It describes a working strategy, not an automatic growth curve.

Search demand, competition, indexing, the strength of the offer, seasonality, and the response process can all affect results. A microsite can produce no leads. An older site can decline. Keep operating cost and lead outcomes visible alongside retained assets so the owner can decide what to improve, maintain, or stop expanding.

Review the network observations for your trade and their actual dates before choosing a planning assumption. Those partial periods do not establish an annual average or a guaranteed result. The first year planning guide explains the math and its limits.

Keep the SEO and AI search work grounded

A membership needs a reason to maintain each destination. We assess whether the resource answers a distinct customer question, shows relevant evidence, and offers a useful next step. The portfolio decision guide outlines when to improve an existing destination before adding another.

Google's AI search guidance keeps ordinary SEO fundamentals relevant and introduces no special eligibility markup. AEO and GEO work should make answers clear and the underlying business facts reliable. Membership should not be sold as paid access to AI Overviews or a guaranteed citation.

Plan access and continuity before enrollment

The proposal should list the registrant arrangement, administrative access, content rights, editable site access, tracking accounts, and responsibility for renewals. Some components may be owned by the business; others may be licensed under defined terms. Record the ownership arrangement for each component.

Agree how inquiry records can be exported and what happens to forms, numbers, domains, and outstanding work when the arrangement changes. The membership versus retainer comparison helps assess these responsibilities alongside another agency proposal. Request a membership scope discussion with your trade, markets, and current lead process.
